My mission of helping people and building trusted partnerships began in the hills of Western Massachusetts. My sense of adventure and curiosity led me to study at Boston College, where I earned my degree in Communications. Since then, I have built a sales career focused on customer satisfaction, building relationships, engaging communication skills and the desire to win for my clients. My focus has been in the fields of advertising, marketing, sales and residential real estate.
For the past 25 years, my family and I have made NC our home, witnessing first hand the tremendous growth in the Triangle.

Jennifer's knowledge, experience, commitment, and drive helped us sell our house in 1 day with multiple offers over asking price! She really helped us market the house well, with beautiful photos and assistance in staging and cleanup. And once we were under contract, she expertly helped us navigate the inspection/repair process, all while dealing with a request to advance the closing date! Honest, caring, experienced, - these are just some of the attributes that characterize Jennifer. I was introduced to her by my mother, who Jennifer selflessly guided through a real estate transaction in another state. My mother was so impressed with Jennifer’s knowledge and performance that when I told her I was thinking about buying a new home, she immediately recommended Jennifer. From the moment I met Jennifer I could tell she was hardworking, organized, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the market. She took the time to understand my personal desires and ideal qualities in a new home and provided a weekly list or update of possible matches. She understood my hectic life schedule and worked around my limited availability for showings. She promptly answered texts, emails, and phone calls throughout the process. When it came time to make an offer, we methodically went through the property, sometimes multiple times, and listed all of the pros and cons. She always took extra time to explain the entire purchase process to me, such as the possibility of an appraisal gap, evaluating the comps, etc. Most importantly, Jennifer was always honest in her evaluation of a property and its weaknesses. She had my best interests in mind, even though she could have made a quick and higher commission by simply making the sale. During the contract stage, there were some issues that arose- such as impervious surfaces, fences, and permits to name a few- which an inexperienced agent would not have been able to handle. However, Jennifer’s expertise enabled her to navigate these issues with ease. She truly went out of her way to meet with surveyors, call town officials, and meet with fence companies, to make sure I had all the knowledge and facts I needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed. You realize in these situations how important it is to have a quality agent, and Jennifer is THE BEST! On the eve of the closing another stressful situation arose in which Jennifer had to basically pull an all nighter and patiently deal with a belligerent seller. Again, Jennifer’s real estate prowess and steadfast resolve saved the day. After the purchase was complete, Jennifer was there to help me find a reputable painter, handyman, floor installer, locksmith--you name it, and even met with them to help get the process for each job started. I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer. It is so hard to meet people who genuinely care about others and take the utmost pride in their job performance these days, and I can say without hesitation that Jennifer is one of those rare people. I am so thankful to have had her as my real estate agent.

Being a first time home buyer I needed all the support I could get! I decided to buy my first home during a very competitive time. I quickly realized I was in great hands when Jennifer invited me to grab coffee and instead of throwing different houses in my face she came to me with a game plan. She made sure I was FIRST educated about real estate, the current market, every milestone, tips and tricks and more! She created a safe place for me to ask any questions at any hour, even if I had already asked the same one multiple times! She always had the best interest at heart for me. When I felt discouraged she always had a plan B of attack. I am so happy in my new home and if Jennifer wasn’t by my side the whole time, I may of made rash decisions and in result wouldn’t of ended up in dream home! When closing time arrived, she was proactively aggressive in making sure I was ready, prepared, and anyone involved in my process was on my team like she always was! She has a great team readily avaliable to get your house ready to sell and always lets you know ahead of time what to expect especially through the rough parts of selling a home. We knew Jenn through her husband and already knew how hard working, detail oriented, and dedicated she was. It was obvious from the beginning that those strengths carried over to your professional career. She was on top of everything from the beginning made this as easy as possible for us. She communicated clearly and frequently throughout the process explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions. Once we made the decision to list, her swarm of contractors descended on the house and made it look better then when we bought it ;-). My fiance and I met Jennifer through personal recommendation. Jennifer has really good intuition about houses- she somehow zeroed in on major flaws and saved us from a major financial mistake. She held our hands throughout the whole process, explaining every aspect of buying our first home, recommending excellent contractors for various elements, and negotiating a bit extra from the sellers. When we found our house, she helped us move quickly in a hot market to walk through the next morning and make an offer that evening. She was with us at our final inspection and gave us pre-move-in tips.

Jen is detail oriented, driven, professional, and so easy to work with. She did all the right things by us!! She sold our home fast, communicated with us daily through the whole process, and gave us great advice on how to handle offers and things that arose. Jen is a go to, get it done gal!!
